At The Flower Courtyard, we offer both online ordering and in-store purchases (once our physical store is open). We take great care to ensure your flowers are prepared and delivered with attention, quality, and freshness.

Ordering Options
Customers may place orders:
- Online via our website
- In store (once our physical location is open)
Availability of products, delivery options, and timeframes may vary depending on how the order is placed.
Delivery Areas
We offer local delivery to selected suburbs.
Delivery availability is shown at checkout once the recipient’s postcode is entered. If your area is not serviced, delivery will not be available at checkout.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to a specific area, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Days & Times
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
- Weekend and public holiday deliveries are not available unless specifically advertised
- Same-day delivery may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated online
While we aim to meet preferred delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and courier schedules.
Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
Once our physical store is open, click & collect may be offered for online orders.
Orders selected for collection must be picked up within the nominated timeframe. If an order is not collected on the agreed day, flower quality cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location.
Occasionally, free local delivery promotions may be offered and will be clearly advertised on our website or social channels.
Authority to Leave
By placing a delivery order, you agree to provide authority to leave flowers in a safe location if the recipient is not home.
Once flowers have been delivered or left in a safe place, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
The Flower Courtyard is not responsible for flowers affected by weather conditions, theft, pets, or incorrect delivery details.
If you do not wish to grant authority to leave, please contact us before placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete details are supplied:
- Redelivery fees may apply
- We cannot guarantee flower freshness if delays occur
Business, Apartment & Hospital Deliveries
- Business deliveries must occur during business hours
- Apartment deliveries require correct unit numbers and access instructions
- Hospital deliveries are subject to hospital policies and access restrictions
If delivery access is not possible, the order may be left at reception or returned.
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in store:
- Flowers become the customer’s responsibility once they leave the premises
- We recommend transporting flowers promptly and keeping them out of heat
Care instructions are provided where applicable to help maximise vase life.
Peak Periods
During high-volume periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas:
- Delivery timeframes may be broader
- Product availability may be limited
- Substitutions of flowers or colours may occur due to seasonal supply
We appreciate your understanding during these busy times.
Refunds & Non-Delivery
As flowers are perishable goods, refunds are not offered for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, including photos where relevant.
