All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability.

Flowers, colours, and containers may vary slightly from images shown due to nature, supply, and availability.

Images on our website are for styling and size reference only.

Substitutions may be made where necessary to ensure quality and value.


Ordering & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock availability.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery, click & collect, and in-store purchases are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Once flowers are delivered, collected, or leave our premises, responsibility transfers to the customer or recipient.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final.

Flowers become the customer’s responsibility once they leave the store.

We recommend keeping flowers out of heat and following care instructions provided.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

Refunds are not offered for change of mind

Refunds are not offered for incorrect delivery details or recipient unavailability

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection with photos where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Peak Periods

During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas:

Delivery timeframes may be extended

Substitutions may occur

Order volumes are high and cut-off times are strictly enforced
